I was pleasantly surprised by Grand Suites, as they upgraded my room to a suite with a stunning rooftop balcony. The spacious and comfortable suite exceeded my expectations, and the location near the Shopping Street was convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My thanksgiving stay at the hotel was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room, which was much bigger than I expected. The room was also well-designed and had a great balcony with an amazing view. Another great thing about the hotel was its location - it was just a short walk away from the bustling shopping district. The icing on the cake was the incredibly friendly staff - they made me feel right at home.

I must say that spending my Thanksgiving in that hotel was a great decision. the staff was absolutely amazing, they offered us delicious complementary breakfast and dinner. the location was really good, close to many shops and restaurants.

I did not like the state of the hotel. the room we stayed in had some unpleasant smells and there were visible stains on the carpet.
